Digital Photography
Description
Digital photography is a form of photography that utilises digital technology to make digital images of subjects. Until the advent of digital technology, photography used photographic film to create images which could be made visible by photographic processing.
Entrance Requirements
Basic literacy is essential, and computer literacy is an advantage. You will need access to a digital camera and a computer. Software packages such as Photoshop or PaintShop Pro will be an advantage. If you want to use a cellphone, at least a 2 megapixel is recommended.

Recommended 12 months of study
Programme Outcomes
Once you have successfully completed the necessary practical activities coupled with the 2 written assignments prescribed by the Learning Group, you will be awarded a Certificate in Digital Photography.
